Not just quitting your job, either. Quitting bad relationships, bad situations, anything where women might persevere and grind through and keep giving chances to something that doesn’t deserve more chances while men feel empowered to walk away and do something different.
Women should feel empowered to ditch something that just isn’t working, instead of blaming ourselves for something not working out well and feeling like we should just tough it out and try to make it better. Some things can’t be made better, but they can be put in the rearview mirror where they belong.
