Sensitive-Initial He wasn't a protestor - he was a US citizen and a citizen of Minnesota who was exercising his right to concealed carry in the city and state where he lived and worked. The US has no federal law prohibiting concealed carry, and Minnesota has a law permitting concealed carry.
He was exercising his 1st amendment right to film federal agents operating in public his home town. An armed ICE agent shoved an unarmed woman to the ground without cause and Pretti tried to help her.
The ICE agents then pepper sprayed Pretti, 6 agents beat him, his hands were on the ground, one of the agents found his gun, removed it. Then, after he was disarmed, incapacitated, blind on the ground, an ICE agent shot him 9 times.
I am a lawyer, I have more than a decade of use of force/constitutional law experience - all defending state and municipal law enforcement and correctional officers. I also worked for 2 years as an attorney for an oversight agency that had original jurisdiction and a mandate to investigate every officer involved shooting in a major us city (more than 2 million residents, force of 10,000+ sworn officers).
I have more relevant experience in this area than Kash Patel, Noem, Trump and Vance combined (as do most attorneys who have spent literally any time practicing law in this area)
This was a lynching - the ICE agents committed murder without any legal justification.
And what the fuck is the deal with Bondi offering to pull ICE out if Minnesota turns over it's voter information?

It's like blackmail - the federal government will continue terrorizing Minnesota unless the State government turns over its citizens' private data to the Department of Justice. Get fucking search warrants.
This is what tyranny looks like.
A 2nd protesting US citizen, Alex Jeffrey Pretti, has been murdered by ICE

The fed is consistently lying about these murders, outright lying about the murdered people having attacked ICE agents, and people are believing it. Did everyone just skip school during the World War II/Nazi Germany section of history class? How do they still defend this?
I guess they defend it because none of "their own" have been killed yet. They don't care if it's brown people, they don't care if it's white people who are liberal or who oppose Trump.
And why is the admin demanding Minnesota voter rolls as part of the deal to withdraw ICE from the state? How is that relevant? I can take a lot of guesses, and none of them have a thing to do with maintaining everyday status quo.
