Yes. I was so angry at how they were abandoned, with no plan. I look at Afghanistan and I look at the MAGATS, and I think how easy, how horribly easy it is for a nation to slide into full-on sexism. 

I an not terribly fond of slippery slope arguments. But here I am afraid it’s apt.
