That hit me in the heart. If it had been one of the two detained women who was seizing, the ICE agents with them would have had no idea what to do (they clearly had no idea what to do to help their fellow agent), and probably would not have rendered help anyway even if they knew what to do. They seemed barely willing to let the women help the other agent. They were more concerned about getting their captured quarry to the detention center. (I bet they’re being incentivized per number of people arrested)
A kindergarten teacher knows CPR and basic first aid, but a federal law enforcement agent doesn’t? And couldn’t be counted on to use it anyway or let others use it? This is truly clown world.

On that topic of not arresting actual criminals and gang members, a friend of mine who lives and works in and near areas where there are gangs, and gang presence, has a theory I agree with and have mentioned before: ICE, or maybe even higher up in the government, has probably struck a deal with major gang leaders to leave gang areas and gang members alone. In return, the gangs leave ICE alone and don't interfere with ICE terrorizing people.
She also believes that part of the deal might be gangs cutting the fed in on profits from gang-related activity, or ICE recruiting gang members to turn against others of their nationality and join in return for immunity from prosecution for crimes. Not sure if I believe that or not, but it sounds like something that could happen.

If this was about undocumented immigrants, ICE would be in Texas and Florida - both have numbers of immigrants far higher than Minnesota. But it's about punishing blue states for not voting for Trump.

Copying the comment I made on an ICE post on Vexxed:
If it was about illegal immigration, ICE would be anywhere that illegal immigration can be a concern, like anywhere in the country's food chain. Farms, processing plants, meatpacking plants. ICE doesn't seem interested, maybe because a lot of those places are in the US heartland, red states.
If it was about criminal immigrants, it would be like I already mentioned - ICE in gang strongholds. Also not happening. And letting a major criminal deport himself.
Illegal immigrants/criminal immigrants/gangs are the cover story. The real story for ICE right now is "anyone who opposes the current administration and/or who the current admin doesn't like".
